We don't know...

We are not really sure what Talan was doing but it was really cute. I was on the floor and I pulled him on top of me. Talan then decided that my face would make a good pillow. If you watch closely, I think you can actually see him drool on my face.

Barbell

Talan crawled into his closet when I was getting some diapers out and he found this toy in the container of Gerber stuff that Tara's dad left her. He pulled it out and then crawled all over the house with it in hand.

Lasagna Face

We had Lasagna the other night... I think Talan liked it.

Is Talan Getting Taller?

I was in the kitchen and looked over and I saw Talan towering over the coffee table. Upon further review he did not grow several inches in just a few minutes.

I snapped these pictures as Talan was eating his lunch today. He slept for 12 1/2 hours straight without waking up once, as well as took a 2 1/2 hour nap this morning. To say the least, he was well rested, and quite adorable! Since he loves eating, it is quite easy to catch pictures of him smiling. Check out the way he eats with his feet up, so cute! I apologize if I'm a little bias! :)

Talan's 1st Halloween

Talan and Claire loved playing with the travel swing. They are so funny!

Travis, Emily, and Claire came over for Halloween. We had such a great time. Claire and Talan play together pretty well for the most part. They are going to be great friends, although sharing is already becoming a problem. It's very cute to watch, though!

Luckily, Emily has been here this week watching Talan, so a lot of my baking ideas Emily has followed through on. She made the dough for the sugar cookies I wanted to make, as well as made and decorated 1/2 of them on Monday. On Wednesday, I finished making the cookies and decorating them. For the past couple of weeks, I have been wanting to make pumpkin cupcakes that I saw in a magazine, but never seemed to find them time to do it. On Halloween, Emily was over early and made the cupcakes. They turned out so cute (and very yummy!).

By the end of the night, we were all exhausted and a little slap happy, as you can probably tell (Claire in the Star Wars onesie with the Yoda ears, Holly wearing Claire's flower costume). Overall, it was a great time and a great first Halloween for Talan.
